How to get Started?

1. With a phone call to our experienced Elder Advisors we will do an assessment of your loved ones Medical, Social and Financial needs in locating housing.

2. We will set up a time to tour you to the State Licensed Assisted Living Facilities or Homes that fit the needs of your loved one.

3. We will process the medical paperwork to get your loved one placed.

4. We help negotiate prices of the homes.

5. We will visit your loved one once they are placed, and follow up on their care and well- being.

6. We provide you with helpful information on Alzheimer’s & Dementia support groups and any additional referral services to help with the transition.
