How long have Elder Placement Professionals been in business?
Owner, Nicole Pazdan, has been a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) since 2007. Her CSA followed her California Nurses Assistant (CNA) and Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) licenses. In her youth, she was a volunteer Candy Striper in hospitals and worked in nursing homes until she was 19 when she started her career in home health care. Nicole also has a Business Administration degree from Cal Poly State University.
How much do placement services cost?
Our services are free for our clients. Elder Placement Services is compensated by our assisted living partners. We are happy to provide our services at no charge.
Are the recommended facilities affordable?
We recommend facilities that work with your budget.
What areas does Elder Placement Professionals serve?
Our office is based in San Luis Obispo, California. We serve seniors nationwide, working with senior living facilities all around the country.
Are the recommended senior living facilities licensed?
Yes. The facilities are licensed. We have inspected them and interviewed management and key staff. We only work with facilities that provide the highest quality services for our clients.
What if I’m not satisfied with the recommended senior living facility?
The final decision about where to live is up to you. We recommend as many facilities as meet your needs for the services you want and need. We stay by your side until you are satisfied, have selected a facility, and have moved in.
Can I tour the recommended senior living facilities before making a decision?
Yes. We recommend the communities that fit your financial, social, and medical needs. We also highly recommend that you and your family ask the management, staff, and other guests questions.
Can you help with the transition to a senior living facility?
Yes. We work with professional services that can meet the various needs seniors and their families have while transitioning to senior living. Those services include emotional support, organizing and downsizing personal belongings, packing, moving, unpacking, and transportation.
Do your services provide assistance for seniors with dementia or Alzheimer’s?
Yes. We work with facilities that provide quality care for the needs of their guests, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, mobility and vision challenges, and more.
